Use a soft tape, without pulling tight
Bust
Measure around the fullest part with your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your torso without holding your breath.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Between sizes
For swimwear, follow your fullest measurement. For an easier fit, choose the larger size.

Values are shown in centimetres followed by inches. They describe the body, not the garment itself.
