The catalogue, bag and checkout are not yet open. Complete retail terms — including legal identity, licence, prices, payment, warranty and return details — will be published in Arabic and the offered languages before any order can be placed.

Publisher and status
This website is published under the AMA Fashion Dubai brand in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The trading entity, business address and licensing details will be added before sales open. The current website exists only to introduce the brand and manage the launch list.

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
- attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to its systems;
- use automated tools in a way that overloads or damages the website;
- copy, resell or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

Collection names, product previews, service descriptions, timing and policies shown before opening are indicative. They are neither an offer for sale nor a guarantee of availability. Final information will appear on product pages and at checkout.

The AMA Fashion name, logo, text, visuals, layouts and other website content are protected or used with permission. Viewing them does not grant ownership or reuse rights except where legally permitted or expressly authorised in writing.

Private list and communications
Joining is voluntary and requires explicit consent. Your email address is used to communicate the launch and the first stories from the house. Processing is described in our privacy policy. You will be able to withdraw consent through instructions included in communications or the official privacy channel once published.

Links to official websites or social channels are provided for information. AMA does not control their content, privacy practices or availability. Future Stripe payments will also be governed by the provider’s applicable terms.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but interruptions, errors or maintenance may occur. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and languages
Subject to applicable mandatory rules, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes fall within the competent courts of Dubai. We will always seek a direct and fair resolution first.
The French version accompanies the English version for convenience. An Arabic version and the information required for e-commerce will be available before sales open.
